PS: Investigation

So about the time of apparent disappearance of a few cirque-goers Raquel came to Oliver with the suspicion that the soul candles (and thus, the Cirque) were linked to the disappearances. Seeing as Oliver was planning to help with the "Grande Finale", Raquel asked him to assist her in her investigation by looking out for clues within the cirque all the while. With both of them working together, they were bound to find something twice as fast.

Of course, Oliver isn't the best at discreetness.

*also im not sure whether i portrayed Circe correctly or not but then again ollie is just
